Located in North Canterbury, New Zealand, our museum showcases the rich history of the Cheviot district, from early Māori settlement to European farming and community life. Details   We are located on the main road through Cheviot, next to the school.

Currently the museum is closed while undergoing update and refurbishment, however the Executive continue to work in the office so requests for information, photos etc will be dealt with as usual.

Details   Cheviot Museum is temporarily closed for renovations. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to welcome you back soon to explore our exciting new layout!
